Regarding the question of "How to determine if the content of raw materials is' low '", the Guangzhou Market Supervision and Administration Bureau stated that given the significant differences in the structure and function of different raw materials, for instance, raw materials that play a role in the product in the formula, when their usage concentration is 0.1%, may have almost no impact on the human body and pose a relatively low safety risk.

It is reported that this "RGD amideated hyaluronic acid" is a raw material with highly efficient moisturizing and long-lasting water-locking effects. It can be applied in various formulas such as water-based products, essences, lotions, creams, and cleansers, and has good compatibility. At present, the technical requirements for this new raw material have not been made public yet.

The China Securities Regulatory Commission requested MAO Geping to provide additional materials

Not long ago, the Guangzhou Market Supervision and Administration Bureau issued a notice on organizing and launching the first batch of quality improvement work for cosmetic manufacturing enterprises. This time, the quality improvement work for cosmetics manufacturing enterprises will focus on the production enterprises of high-risk products such as hair dyeing, freckling and whitening, sun protection masks, children's products and eye products. The assistance will be implemented through three steps: providing technical services respectively, formulating assistance plans and putting forward assessment opinions. At present, the Guangzhou Market Supervision and Administration Bureau has selected 30 enterprises within the city as the first batch of quality improvement assistance targets.
